Our delicious Cold pressed Juices can be delivered fresh directly to your home or office 4 days a week (Tue -Fri).

Standard Next Day Delivery

It is not possible to specify an exact delivery time on Standard Next Day Delivery. You will receive a text from our courier with a timeslot on the day of delivery, We aim to have your goods delivered by 5pm.

Next Day Morning Delivery by 12pm

If you would like a guaranteed morning delivery by 12pm please select this option, this service also benefits from a second attempt at delivery if the first attempt is a failure. Order to be received by 1pm the day before.

Same Day Delivery

Same Day delivery is only available within London (ZONE 1) certain areas may occur extra charges depending on location orders need to be received by 12pm on the day and we aim to have your goods delivered by 7pm

We also provide delivery services to Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands, Channel Isles, and Isle of Wight these areas will cost extra so please contact us directly to place an order for these locations.

Checkout Process

  1. At the checkout, you will be asked to enter your Address including postcode a contact number and email address.
  2. Please Choose a delivery option that suits.
  3. Select your delivery date from the calendar and checkout!

Please note: The date chosen on the calendar is the date for delivery.  

When your order is successfully processed, you will be sent an email confirmation with the delivery date as well as tracking information.
We endeavour to provide delivery service to the whole of the UK but there may be some instances where we will inform you if there are any additional charges or timing limitations associated with your selected postcode.

Receipt of Delivery

All of our products are delivered fresh and chilled to the address stated at checkout and must be refrigerated upon arrival. Once the products are delivered, we cannot be held responsible for juices that are left to spoil or be stolen.

It is recommended that the package is delivered to an address where it can be received and signed for; please also provide leave safe instructions just in case no one is available at the time of delivery. Once your juices are left in the safe place specified, we cannot be held responsible for anything that happens to your goods.

If no leave safe instructions are left and no one is available to take the goods and sign for delivery they will be sent back to us and re-delivery will be done at the customer’s expense.

You are responsible for inspecting your delivery when it is received. Any defects, although rare, must be reported within 3 hours of delivery to be considered for refund or replacement.

We recommend consuming your juices within 24 – 48 hours, Our Juices must be kept refrigerated otherwise they will spoil. 

Cancellations

Cancellation requests for orders placed must be submitted by contacting us right away. We have to be notified before the order has been processed by our kitchens way before the scheduled dispatch time in order to give us time to communicate the cancellation with our kitchen team. Kindly note that we may not be able to guarantee the cancellation outside of this time window.

Returns

At City Juice, we are committed to delighting our customers with the best tasting and highest quality products. This doesn’t happen overnight and requires continuous improvement that comes from listening to our customers and taking all feedback on board to enhance the overall customer experience.

That said, we recognize that sometimes mistakes may happen. If for any reason we deliver a service or product that has not met your expectations, we want to know and we will work with you to make it right. To do this, please contact us with a picture and description of the issue so we can fully look into the problem.
