Orders and Pricing

City Juice source and use the freshest ingredients possible and due to the nature of the business the cost of produce, currency, fuel and courier fluctuations the prices of our products may vary.

We will do our best to keep our prices consistent but again sometimes there’s aspects that are out of our control. Changes within our sectors are frequent and unpredictable so to keep our business running and providing a quality service to you our prices may change to reflect this.

If you order a product and it is unavailable an alternative will be suggested, if you are not happy with the suggestion a full refund will be offered.

If you would like to amend an existing order e.g. change the flavour of a juice this has to be done before your order has been processed, if it’s after this time we will not be able to accept the request so the earlier this is done the more likely we will be able to accommodate you. We have various delivery options and depending on the selected option associated with your order the timing of the request we receive is crucial so please be aware of this.

Delivery

Please see our Delivery(hyperlink) for full details on the services we can provide. We use third party Courier services to provide delivery to the whole UK. We hope to be able to provide an exceptional service but there will be factors outside our control at times so please take this into consideration when expecting a delivery.

Things like Traffic, Emergency Breakdowns, Supplier Failure, Strikes, Accidents and Courier Communications are all things that we can’t take responsibility for, any items not delivered you will not be charged for.

Please ensure someone is available for collection on your specified delivery date is extremely important to the service we are providing we will offer an option for you to leave your good in a safe place or with a neighbour etc bur be aware once the courier has proof of delivery we cannot be held responsible for the goods. All juices must be refrigerated upon delivery as this is a key factor for having a fresh juice and the juice life from City Juice.

Please also be aware that any issues with our products must be reported within 2 hours of delivery for any consideration of a refund or replacement. You are responsible to inspect your delivery upon receipt, we reserve the right not to refund or replace your purchase.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

  • Our juices are designed to aid in a healthier lifestyle using fresh ingredients and freshly made juices through cold pressing and slow juicing techniques. Please seek medical advice if you have any health issues you may be concerned about before consuming our juices.
  • City Juice does not claim to cure, treat or diagnose any illnesses while the website does have general information about how our juices can aid a person this is not in any way constitute medical advice. The information about our juices has been taken from various sources.
  • If you are Diabetic and purchase our Sugarcane Juices please consume in moderation and seek medical advice if you have any queries before consumption.
  • Our Juices are freshly made and sent out for delivery on the day or next day. All our juices should be refrigerated and consumed ideally within 24-48 hours as we don’t add any preservatives to our juices. The earlier you consume your juices the fresher they will be.

Cancellations

Due to the nature of our business and us making the juices fresh from receipt of order it is very unlikely we will accept cancellations. In extreme circumstances we may be able to offer cancellations and refunds after payment has been made but this has be done immediately after the order has been place. If cancellations are received after we have started to process your order we won’t be able to cancel or offer you a refund. Please be aware that timing is key with our orders and we will do our best to work with our customers to ensure they get the best service and products possible.

Refund Policy

City Juice want all our customers to have the best possible experience, products and services. At times there will be issues beyond our control but if for any reason you are unhappy with a product or service please contact us. We will investigate the situation and try our best to come to a resolution for you.
