Delivery Information

We provide next-day delivery for all orders placed before 12 noon. All our juices are carefully packaged and sent with cold packs to ensure they remain fresh and chilled during transit.

Example:

• If you order your juice at 10 a.m. on Monday, it will be prepared the same day and delivered on Tuesday.
• If you place your order at 1 p.m. on Monday, it will be prepared on Tuesday and delivered on Wednesday.

Delivery Schedule:

• Deliveries are available Monday to Friday.
• Orders must be placed by Thursday at noon for delivery on Friday.
• Our couriers do not offer weekend delivery. Orders placed between Friday and Monday will be processed on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

Special Requests:

If you need delivery on a specific day (e.g., Thursday) but place your order on an earlier day (e.g. Monday), please contact us to confirm your preferred delivery date. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Delivery Attempts:

If a delivery is attempted and you are not at home, we have instructed our couriers to leave the juices at your premises in a safe place or with a neighbour. Due to the perishable nature of the drinks, they must be refrigerated as soon as possible. Juices cannot be taken back to the depot for re-delivery, as this could and will likely affect their freshness and quality.

Important Notice:

While we strive for timely delivery, certain situations may arise that are beyond our control, such as:

• Courier collection delays
• Vehicle breakdowns
• Traffic disruptions
• Courier time constraints

We appreciate your understanding and patience in these rare instances.
